We charge flat rates:
Ground ( "UPS Ground" ) shipping charge is $6.50
Second Day Air ( "UPS Blue Label" ) is $35
Next Day Air ( "UPS Red Label" ) is $60
Hawaii and Alaska via US Priority Mail is $8.50
Orders $300 and over ship free, on the ground.
We use UPS for the 48 states, and US Piority Mail for Hawaii and Alaska.

Yes. We ship via US Priority Mail. Cost $8.50.
If you must have UPS delivery, here is the cost and time:
Next Day Air - one day, cost approx $80
Second Day Air - 2 days, cost approx $50
"Ground" ( to Hawaii ! and Alaska ) approx $40

How long does it take to ship my order?
If we have your bag in stock, and receive your order before noon, we typically ship the same day.
If your bag is not in stock, we will make it. This takes approx 2 days.
How long does UPS take to deliver my package?
We ship from our workshop directly to you.

How long does US Priority Mail take to deliver my package?
We ship from our workshop directly to you.
The US Postal Service quotes approx 3 days transit time to most parts of the US, including Hawaii and Alaska.
We have an easy return policy. You are welcome to return any item within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure the bag is in absolutely new condition and enclose a copy of your receipt. It’s best to return the product in the original packing materials. We will credit your card for the amount of the bag. We do not credit shipping costs.
We have an easy exchange policy. You are welcome to exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure the bag is in absolutely new condition. Enclose a copy of your receipt and indicate on it the item you would like to exchange for. If your new choice of bag costs less than the original purchase, we will credit your card for the difference. If your new choice costs more than your original purchase, we will contact you for your credit card info, as we do not keep any customer credit card info. We do not charge for shipping on exchanges.
