In the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return the unused bag as per instructions included for a full refund of the retail price.

Warranty Info

If you need your bag to be repaired, we guarantee our bags against manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear for the first year and will gladly make repairs, free of charge with a copy of your receipt. If the bag is more than a year old, we will still make necessary repairs although there will be a charge.
