To Place An Order
Please
use our online catalog to organize your purchases. The computer will
remember the contents of your shopping cart throughout your visit.
When
you are ready, click on "view your cart" at the bottom of
any page. Review your order or make changes, then proceed to enter your
name, shipping address, and shipment preference. Your total is calculated
and displayed.
Now
you have the option of entering your credit card through our secure web interface or calling our order line to complete your order.
Other
Methods
You
may also place your order entirely by phone. We are available to take
your order between the hours of 9AM and 5PM
(Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, year round. Please dial (510)
843-9177.
When
calling, please have ready the style number for each piece in your order,
your choice(s) of color and hardware options, and your credit card.
If
you catch us after hours, please leave your name and number and we will
call back to take your order at a convenient time.
You
may also print out and mail or fax our order
form, available by clicking here. If you are having trouble
printing, try instead this version (MS Word
document).
Payment
Options

We accept Visa and Master Card, and debit cards with the Visa or Master
Card symbol. Our online ordering system also accepts American
Express and Discover.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks of any kind.
Tax
and Shipping
Shipments
to addresses within California must add 8.25%. Elsewhere, tax free.
Domestic
delivery: We ship all our orders UPS ground at a rate of $6.50 per order.
UPS second day air is available by request for ten dollars more ($16.50
per order). UPS
will not deliver to a post office box.
Free
shipping on orders over $300.
International
orders and delivery to Hawaii and Alaska: please call for a price quote
on shipping to your address.
We
will calculate your total charges at the time of your order.
