Compare #425, #455, #526#425, #455, and #526 are close cousins. They are all based on the same bag: #425. Note that the height and width are the same for all 3 backpacks. And, note that the back of each bag is the same. Take a look at the photo below - it shows a side view. You can see that the #455 has the same main compartment width as the #425, but the #455 has an extra 3 dimensional pocket on the front. This is the only difference between the #425 and the #455. In all other ways, the bags are identical.
#526 is also based on the #425. The front, back, and interior have the same features. Where it differs: The #526 is 1 inch wider. See the photo above.
Also, the exterior cell phone pockets are deeper. See the photo below. But the unique feature that makes this bag stand out is this: you can take the zipper pulls of the main compartment, and bury them deep in the cell phone pockets. This makes the bag very difficult for the pickpockets to open. They can't find the zipper pulls. If you are out and about in your home town, and have no reason to be concerned about pickpockets, you can leave the zipper pulls in a location on the zipper that is convenient for you, just as you would with any backpack. But if you wander to some of the special and facinating locations around the world we all enjoy so much, like Rome, Barcelona, Rio, you will find high quality pickpocketing is rampant. For those situations, we recommend this backpack. Relax and enjoy, because you are prepared.
All three of these backpacks, #425, #455, and #526 have an additional security feature: a zipper pocket, deep in the main compartment, that you can keep your valuables in. It is located about 2/3 of the way down inside the bag. So, even if the craftiest thief should get your bag open, your valuables will remain safe.
